Planning

Before you invest in a new facility or expansion, let us conduct a feasibility study to determine the viability of your concept. We can also develop a full master plan that details the scope, phases, timelines and costs for getting your system up and running.

System Design

We will work with you to design your roasting system — or your entire coffee processing system — so that it meets your needs now and well into the future. Our engineers provide both the process design and facility layout for everything you need for your facility operation. This includes roasters, grinders, green and roast bean handling and conveying systems, and degassing and environmental equipment.

Project Management

Expanding or updating your coffee processing system can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be. With Probat as your key point of contact, you can be assured there will be seamless coordination and collaboration between all of your partners. Drawing on our decades of industry expertise, we can efficiently manage contractors and other partners, budgets and timelines, and much more.

Equipment Procurement

In addition to your Probat roaster, we can help you identify other essential equipment and assist with procuring it from either your preferred vendors or ours. Through our years of experience and deep-rooted industry relationships, we can help secure the best available and competitive pricing and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure your project stays on time and within budget.

Installation, Startup & Commissioning

With every Probat equipment purchase, we make sure you get up and running as quickly as possible. Once we’ve installed your equipment, we perform all necessary startup and commissioning checks to make sure your system is functioning properly within your plant. If you opt for Probat’s project management service, we can coordinate and facilitate third-party equipment installations as well.

Turnover & Training

Probat support doesn’t end when you turn the key; in addition to providing all necessary documentation for your equipment, we also provide your staff with on-site, hands-on training to ensure safe, smart operation.
