Colorette 3B Color Measuring Unit
Unaffected by ambient light, the Colorette 3B uses infrared and red LEDs to measure the exact color of ground coffee samples. The device then displays the measurement and automatically prints a complete record, including the sample number, roaster number, date, time and color value. Portable and extremely accurate, the Colorette 3B provides the data needed to monitor and control the degree of roasting for consistent results.
