Probat control systems allow for safe, easy and efficient equipment operation. A range of semi- and fully automatic systems are available for use with our commercial coffee roasters and commercial coffee grinders. Use the systems independently or in conjunction with our plant control solutions. All our control systems feature clearly designed user interfaces and the ability to store and export production data to make further processing easier.
Coffee Roaster Controls
We offer three levels of flexible and expandable control systems for use with Probat coffee roasters. These systems feature extensive alarm and control functions for all roasting parameters, a large recipe repository to enable fast product changes, and optional SCADA-based data transmission and display. Define your roasting profile once, and then accurately reproduce it either manually or automatically for perfect roasting every time.
Coffee Grinder Controls
Our grinder control systems support every aspect of operating your Probat commercial coffee grinders. Two levels of controls are available to ensure smooth, cost-effective equipment performance and the optimal degree of grinding. Select from automatic density regulation and inline grain size measurement options for complete control.
Coffee Plant Control Systems
Using Siemens and Allen-Bradley technology, our coffee plant control systems provide the ultimate solution for complete coffee process integration. The systems allow for traceability and centralized control of the entire coffee processing plant — including all data related to roasting and grinding. Four levels of systems are available, ranging from basic to advanced controls, allowing you to select the right solution for your plant size and automation needs.
