Our research and development department collaborated with experienced roastmasters during the engineering phase of our Probatone coffee roasters in order to achieve optimal performance. The roasters retain our classic design and proven drum technology while incorporating modern enhancements that ensure gentle, uniform roasting. As a result, every roast features premium color, rich aroma and exceptional flavor.
